Description

In the Relève GAM group, male gymnasts train 3 hours a week. This program is intended for those who want rigorous training and who have in mind the progression towards the competitive sector.

The precompetitive program

The precompetitive program is a program allowing to develop all the basics of female and male artistic gymnastics. This program aims to develop gymnastic skills with an emphasis on technical precision. Its objective is to prepare athletes well for the competitive sector of the regional, provincial and national circuit according to the talent and desire of each athlete and his parents. It is possible to start at a young age, depending on the potential of each child.

The athletes are evaluated internally by the Club’s coaching team to evaluate their progress and determine their evolution process.

An audition is required for this program. Contact us for more details.
