Tumbling is a dynamic class that combines elements of floor acrobatics, jumps, and trampoline. It’s designed for young athletes who want to develop their acrobatic skills in a structured and fun environment.
This program is especially recommended for cheerleading athletes looking to reach new personal goals.
Skills are taught progressively through the following levels: Initiation, Introduction, Progress, and Challenge.
Our tumbling classes are held in our main gymnasium and use the floors, trampolines, tumbl tracks, as well as the floor.
