Description
The MAG KOMPAK program (Men’s Artistic Gymnastics) introduces boys to gymnastics through a dynamic, progressive, and motivating approach. Designed for ages 6 to 12, it is offered in two levels: Initiation (ages 6–7) and Beginner (ages 8–12).
Based on the national CanGym recreational program, which includes 12 progressive levels, GAM KOMPAK helps develop motor skills, strength, coordination, and self-confidence through training on the six men’s artistic gymnastics apparatus: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.
Under the guidance of qualified coaches, participants learn to perform technical movements in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment that promotes personal growth and the joy of progression.
The KOMPAK program provides a solid foundation for boys who wish to advance toward higher levels of gymnastics — whether their goal is to pursue the competitive pathway or simply to develop physical literacy and confidence through movement.
