Extract from the minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the Gymini Gymnastics Club, held in web conference, on March 19, 2020 at 7 p.m., at which there was quorum.
IT IS PROPOSED, SECONDED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
Considering the COVID19 pandemic and the impossibility of assembling, postponing to a later and indefinite date, the annual general meeting as well as the extraordinary general meeting of members.
