Parkour, also known as the art of displacement or free-running, is an acrobatic sport that consists of overcoming urban or natural obstacles, with fast and agile movements. Tracers use gym equipment to simulate external obstacles and exercise safely.
This class is for kids who love to excel and have fun, experiencing thrilling sensations! The class is taught by dynamic coaches who have been practicing Parkour for several years. Most of them are members of Original Skills.
