KLASSIK

The KLASSIK program is all about the joy of movement, the pride of progress, and the freedom to reconnect with gymnastics at any age. Designed specifically for adults aged 17 and over, this program welcomes anyone wishing to discover artistic gymnastics or refine their skills in a recreational, structured, and supportive environment.

Inspired by the KINÉTIK program methodology, KLASSIK focuses on progressive learning tailored to each participant’s pace, abilities, and goals. Every gymnast evolves in a setting where technique, physical fitness, and self-confidence grow together, guided by passionate and qualified coaches.

Some participants even choose to take their passion further by joining “Veteran” or “Masters” competitions, where camaraderie and self-improvement are celebrated.
