Kinétik 4-5 ans

The KINÉTIK program is the energy of movement and the passion for going beyond. Based on the observations and experience of Gymini staff, the KINÉTIK program meets the requirements of provincial and national programs while offering a goal-based approach that combines pedagogy and evolving learning. A total of 12 levels are offered to prepare participants for healthy and safe gymnastics while being playful and rigorous at the same time.
