Kinétik

The KINETIK program is the energy of movement and the passion to excel. Based on the observations and experience of Gymini’s staff, the KINETIK program meets the requirements of provincial and national programs while offering an objective-based approach that combines pedagogy and learning in evolution. A total of 12 levels are offered to prepare participants for safe and healthy gymnastics while being fun and rigorous at the same time. The program is based on a continuous individual evaluation that encourages each participant to surpass themselves with each training session. At the heart of our work: passion, excellence, pride and fun!

To find out your child’s level, please refer to their progress booklet. For new participants, we recommend that you register them in level 1.
