Gymini offers athletes from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region a post-competitive cheerleading team, to allow each former athlete to excel, without commitment.

Alliance (Level 3 +, 12 years old and over)* trains for 1.5 hours in cheerleading.
* The levels indicated are subject to change depending on the composition of the teams

In addition to having the opportunity to represent the G-Force in a friendly competition in partner stunt, solo or duet, the team will participate in the end-of-year show.

The course offer is on an annual basis (September to June), at the rate of one training per week.

Access to this program is through a trial class or an invitation by the Club, following an assessment of the athlete’s level.
