The DÉFI program

The DÉFI program is a set of elements and actions essential to the development of basic gymnastic skills in each of the disciplines. The intention of the DÉFI program is to provide a working tool for coaches to support and guide the learning of fundamental actions (Levels 1-2 and 3) and basic elements (level 4 and +). This program, which has been active for more than 20 years, remains just as current and popular with our members. Through this program, young athletes are evaluated on the basis of specific criteria. The program favors a progressive and evolutionary evolution between the levels while respecting the rhythm of learning of the gymnasts. The motto of the program is simple:

« Mastering the fundamentals takes precedence over racing at the highest level »
