- Take advantage of the time change to check the operation of your smoke alarms and change the batteries of your smoke alarms.
- Adjusting children’s routines two or three nights before the time change can be beneficial. For example, when returning to normal time, try putting children to bed 15 minutes later one night and then 30 minutes the next night.
